Privacy Policy for ElevateGo

Account information. If you create an account, we collect your email address and an optional display name, so you can sign in and sync your progress across devices. You can also use the app as a Guest without providing this information; guest data stays on your device only.

Learning preferences. During onboarding, we collect your answers to a short survey — which subjects you’re interested in, why you’re learning, your starting level, and your preferred learning language — so we can curate lessons for you.

Lesson progress.As you use the app, we store which lessons you’ve completed, your scores on lesson checks, and time spent, so your progress is saved and can sync if you sign in on another device.

What we do not collect. We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, payment information, or health data. We do not use advertising or analytics SDKs of any kind.

We use the information above only to operate the app itself:

• To create and authenticate your account
• To personalize which lessons and language content you see
• To save and sync your learning progress across your devices

We do not use your information for advertising, do not build behavioral profiles, and do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.

ElevateGo offers three ways to use the app:

• Email and password, created directly in the app.
• Sign in with Apple, including support for Apple’s private email relay — if you choose to hide your email, we only ever see the private relay address Apple provides.
• Guest mode, which requires no personal information and stores your data locally on your device. You can create a full account later without losing your guest progress.

Your account data is stored using Supabase, a database and authentication provider that acts as our data processor. Access to your data is protected by row-level security rules that ensure only you can read or modify your own account, survey answers, and lesson progress — not other users, and not us, outside of what’s needed to operate the service. Data is encrypted in transit.

You can update your learning language and preferences at any time from Settings. To request a copy of your data or to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below.

ElevateGo is a general-audience educational app used by a wide range of learners, from school-age students to adult beginners — it is not directed exclusively at children under 13, and is not listed in Apple’s Kids Category. We do not knowingly collect more information than necessary to operate the app, and we do not use advertising or behavioral tracking of any kind, for any user. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email below and we will review and delete it as appropriate.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
